Webinar: OKR’ing Your Life: How I Hacked Parenting and Mountaineering by Facebook Product Leader

This will be an informal chat about what it’s like to use OKRs for a company. It’ll cover the different ways they can be implemented within an organization and we’ll also touch on some of the misconceptions that come with using OKRs.

Main takeaways:
-OKRs provide a great framework to manage complex goal setting and execution
-Structure, tools and skills involved in product management, like OKRs, can carry directly into situations way beyond just work
-Leaning on those skills helped me scale mountains and become a better parent, but it’s a learning that we can apply to any areas of life
