As a Product Manager, you’re responsible for delivering products and features that both delight customers and move the company closer to its top-line metrics. However, how do you know whether the individual features you ship each sprint or each quarter are successful?

Main takeaways:

– You are the product owner or a stakeholder of a machine learning product. How can you manage and optimize the product without getting into its technical details?

– Making sure the product has the right input data available: you might have the most talented data science team in the world, but without the right fuel (ie data) their potential is limited from the start
