Previously, Mr. Vickers held the positions of Vice President, Investment Banking at Desjardins Securities Inc., Vice President-Corporate Finance at Groome Capital.com, Inc., Vice President-Corporate Finance at Yorkton Securities, Inc, and was the Director & Manager-Company Listings at the TMX Group (formerly The Toronto Stock Exchange).

Aly Dhalla is the CEO & Co-Founder of Finaeo. Aly spent his early career as a financial advisor. Intrigued by the way technology was shaping financial services, Aly decided to join an employee benefits startup as the first employee. Aly helped scale the company into acquisition by one of Canada’s largest third-party administrators for group insurance, Benefits By Design (BBD). Aly served as Managing Partner at BBD before launching Finaeo. Aly is also the Co-Founder of TriCelerate, a not-for-profit tech incubator to help youth go from idea-to-product.

Victor recently helped launch the world’s first Reinforcement Learning model in robotics, created the Artificial Intelligence engineering teams at DeepLearni.ng and deployed the first deep learning model into FinTech, and has key advisory roles at several Canadian Artificial Intelligence startups. He also holds Board of Director seats at several companies. His leadership efforts have recently been recognized as Canada’s AI Leader of the year, Toronto’s Top Tech Manager and the AI Company of the Year.
