CEO at Republic and Co-producer of the international television show Meet the Drapers
Chuck is CEO at Republic, a crowdfunding portal with a special focus on the diversity of race, gender, and location of their members, with an average VC funding pre-campaign of $3M and raised by their venture companies, angels, and communities more than $200M.
He is also GP of a micro VC fund RainmakeMe, sat on the boards of Ruby Love (aka PantyProp), RidersShare, CrowdSmart and is an active mentor at 500 Startups and MassChallenge.

3. MAXEME TUCHMAN

CEO and Cofounder at Caribu

Maxeme (Max) Tuchman is the CEO and Cofounder at Caribu, an interactive video-calling platform that helps kids have virtual playdates with family and friends when they can’t be physically together. Caribu has raised $1M through crowdfunding.
Caribu is one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions, made Fast Company’s list of World Changing Ideas, named one of the ‘Top Ten EdTech Companies to Watch’ in Forbes, and won the 1776 Global Challenge Cup.
Max has been the winner or finalist in 30+ pitch competitions, is the 59th Latina in the US to raise over $1M in venture funding and the first Latina founder to raise $1M in Equity Crowdfunding. She was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 100 Female Founders in 2019.
She has worked in almost every level of education from being a public school teacher, a Consultant at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Executive Director of Teach For America, and Education Projects Manager under NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and DC Public Schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee.

2. JONNY PRICE

Director of Fundraising at Wefunder
Jonny Price leads the Business Development team at Wefunder, which helps founders raise capital from anyone, through equity crowdfunding. Wefunder has funded hundreds of early-stage startups with $150M (average raise of $350K), exposing them to over 600K potential investors on the Wefunder platform.
He is originally from the UK, where he started his career in strategy consulting with Oliver Wyman.
Jonny serves on the Federal Reserve Board’s Community Advisory Council.
