Synopsis: Developing your product strategy doesn’t need to be time consuming, complicated or bogged-down by organizational obstacles. Through using three simple frameworks you can define, communicate and gain buy-in for a killer product strategy that aligns your stakeholders and motivates your team. In just 60 minutes in this workshop you’ll be introduced to examples from real-world companies and apply the frameworks to your own product challenges.
