On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for SQL Data Analyst – HR Governance.

SQL Data Analyst – HR Governance – Job Description

  • Preparing documents as per requirements utilizing MS Office programs, Visio etc. (help develop and manage the documentation of HR data, including a data dictionary)
  • Handle all aspects of developing & managing the entire lifecycle of HR based data: from proper storage of required records, controlled access to documents and information, and timely disposal of obsolete files
  • Understand requirements from businesses to help review, improve and document changes to data definitions, access, usage and management processes
  • Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data as needed for analysis
  • Data cleansing, ETL as well as business needs modeling as needed
  • Ensure data is valid and reliable developing process improvements or re-engineering and integrating new processes with existing ones
  • Identify and escalate data issues to support continuous process improvement
  • Support internal processes for compliance and sustainment of a robust and secure data model
  • Meeting with HR COEs, IT, HRSS stakeholders

SQL Data Analyst – HR Governance – Mandatory Skills

  • University degree or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years with data analysis experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills
  • RDBMS (ideally Teradata)
  • Ability to understand data security rules and map them into policies.
  • Ability to transform detailed analysis into straightforward summaries for cross-functional partners
  • Be able to effectively drive cross-group communication and cooperation, using strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Analytical thinker, detailed oriented, with good problem-solving skills
  • Organized with good time management skills
