Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Manager, Distribution & Consumer Solutions for a 12-18 month temporary period.
The Manager, Distribution & Consumer Solutions is accountable for overseeing the analysis and reporting of the various programs and initiatives launched by the Allstate Brand & Consumer Solutions Team, to ensure proper measurement and actions can be taken to ensure effectiveness in support of ACG’s short and long term objectives of profitable growth.
Accountabilities
Develop reporting, dashboards and measurement tracking to support timely, and actionable information with the various department programs and initiatives, by:
Collaborating with each Director within the department to understand their function and deliverables
Recommending program design features and technology architecture to ensure proper data collection for optimal reporting metrics and analysis capabilities to influence program success
Collaborating with CRD&A to ensure common definition of metrics and appropriate residency of ongoing report production, with a focus on leveraging & enhancing existing reports to meet new reporting need
Support Analysts in development of efficient programs and processes, with proper reconciliation metrics to provide accurate information, within agreed to Service Level Agreements
Build an Analytics Capability within Brand & Consumer Solutions to develop insights into the various programs and products, and provide feedback and recommendations to leadership to identify opportunities and challenges, by: Provide consultation services to each department to identify, recommend, design, and conduct analysis to identify opportunities to influence customer centric innovation.
Leveraging ACG’s reports and data, and investigate third party data sources to develop ad hoc analysis
Collaborating with peers in CRD&A to share knowledge involving ACG’s data & analytics, to develop a better understanding of our customers and business
Applying critically thinking to challenge and test approaches and assumptions used in potential and existing programs to derive more effective and efficient outcomes
Proposing KPI tracking and measurement to new programs and initiatives
Support the development and execution of Performance Standards for the Agencies and Contact Centre, by:
Producing necessary reporting in relation to Protection and Prevention products and services for Market Performance, with agreed to service level agreements, to ensure compensation and Rewards and Recognition are provided to employees as expected
Reviewing AIA performance standards, and propose recommendations and adjustments to support the success of Allstate’s full product & service suites
Oversee the development and maintenance of databases used to provide marketing information to facilitate marketing strategies and tactics at the national and local market level, by:
Coordinating and prioritizing workflow of specific marketing program reporting and analysis with program managers
Peer reviewing of the team’s findings and recommendations in relation to the various marketing program’s KPIs
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary graduate and/or relevant work experience
Minimum of 3 years of Management Experience
Programming Expertise in multiple programming languages
Knowledge of analytical approaches, and proven ability to identify, analyze and recommend solutions to business problems.
Software Expertise with Tableau, Excel, Access
A thorough understanding of ACG’s databases
A basic understanding of Allstate’s technology, core products, underwriting guidelines and other process and procedures is an asset
A basic understanding of all agent and business practices, brand rules, guidelines and processes within agencies is an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt positively to a changing environment and shifting priorities
Self-disciplined to work independently
Strong project coordination skills
Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills
