Responsibilities
This position will report to the CEO of Stallion Express and will be required to collaborate across the Stallion Express and Shippsy management and operations team. This position will work closely with our Business Growth and Marketing Managers. Main responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate information with brokers, shippers and clients in a timely and organized manner
  • Administrative & data entry to ensure that the shipments and packages from clients are properly manifested
  • Customer service (calls and email) pertaining to the shipping services that we offer
  • Sort and move packages & parcels in the warehouse, including loading & un-loading the vehicles

Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with Excel is critical – Experience with pivot tables a strong plus
  • Excellent understanding of basic accounting principles and basic economics a strong plus
  • Excellent PC / Technology skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Enjoy being challenged; Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task multiple responsibilities. Must be able to quickly adapt with a positive mindset.
  • Have a positive and outgoing personality, with a professional demeanor (maturity, integrity, self-discipline)

  • Experience with logistics, reverse logistics, cross border eCommerce a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial experience a strong plus (eBay shop, Amazon shop, own website etc)
