We’re excited to welcome Matt Bilotti from Drift to our next Recess session!

Amy Chyan, Product to Product producer and host (https://roadmunk.com/product-to-product-podcast) will be chatting with Matt about his core principles for building a product organization. As the first PM at Drift, Matt helped build the product org and even co-authored a book — Burndown: A Better Way to Build Products — about it with Drift CEO, David Cancel. Matt will cover elements like how Drift plans their strategies, some metrics that Product Managers in the org are accountable for, and how the product team helps drive business goals forward.

The session will be 30 minutes in total — a 20 minute discussion between Amy and Matt, followed by a 10 minute audience Q&A.

This session will be held on Zoom. For an optimal experience, please download Zoom (https://zoom.us/download) to your chosen device — it’s free!
