From feedback to feature: How to pivot based on new customer needs

June 9, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm EDT

Back in March, Women In Product Chicago, Roadmunk, and Devbridge were excited to welcome you to Devbridge’s office to hear a conversation between Priya Mathew Badger, SVP of Product at Codeverse and Maria Pereda, Director of Product Design at Roadmunk. We were upset when we had to cancel the event due to the spread of COVID-19 but knew it was the best decision to keep everyone healthy & safe.

We’re excited to announce that — From feedback to feature: How to pivot based on new customer needs — will be happening on June 9th at 5:00 PM (CT)!

The right customer feedback can hold the key to the features that will help a product grow and innovate. The problem is that there’s so much feedback coming in that it’s difficult to analyze and prioritize it all (not to mention in one central and organized place!).

When used strategically, customer feedback can help you identify the problems worth solving and the features that will have the biggest impact on your business and product goals.

Join us for this event, where we’ll take a deep dive into how you can harness the power of your user feedback to ensure you’re building a customer-centric product.
