Co-Op as part of an advanced Education is often the differentiator when looking for work. Most Universities have been very good at simply educating students through lectures, labs and tutorials (in some courses) though this organizational momentum hurts them to innovate and create great opportunities for their students at a time where they are consistently paying more for their services.
